You can find out the reason in the status column of trading order. There are several reasons that your orders are not accepted, for example : (a) your account does not have enough cash or stock; (b) you have issued several buying orders yet were incompleted, the cash held for these incompleted orders will be withheld from your account temporarily, until you have cancelled those orders; or (c) you have issued several selling orders yet were incompleted, the securities held for these incompleted orders will be withheld from your account temporarily, until you have cancelled those orders.
